Russel is a builder at heart. His experience in technology gives our studio a practical understanding of how great game ideas become reliable, scalable player experiences. He leads with curiosity, craft, and a belief that every release should give players a reason to come back.

Co-Founders

Nathan Hayes, our CFO, has extensive expertise in financial business consulting, residential lending, and a vast network of lenders, investors, and venture capitalists. He is a master financial analyst, relationship builder, and proficient in marketing and branding.

Sophia Clarke, an expert project manager, the strategic linchpins of our delivery engine. She translates visionary goals into actionable roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects that drive tangible business outcomes for our clients.
